How to Enter Details:

To enter, on premise venues must:

• Purchase a minimum of 4 cartons of Real McCoy Cinnamon Doughnut throughout Promotional Period
• Make a cocktail featuring Real McCoy Cinnamon Doughnut (30ml min.) available on the drinks list within the on premise venue for a minimum of 4 weeks during the Promotional Period
• 1x feed post to venue’s Instagram featuring the cocktail and a bottle of Real McCoy Cinnamon Doughnut, tagging @realmccoywhiskey
• Display Real McCoy consumer competition entry conditions and point of sale in venue
• Provide photo proof of entry conditions and point of sale via entry form at realmccoywhiskey.com.au

 

The winning venue will be selected by the Promoter based on the following determining factors:

• Creativity of cocktail recipe and name
• Creativity of socials post
• Creativity and scope of in-venue POS display
• Volume purchased

 

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Maximum one entry per venue.

Terms & Conditions of entry

1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Conditions of All applicable laws and regulations apply.

 

2. Entry is only open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and The Promoter and their agencies associated with this promotion and each of their employees, immediate family members and persons living in the same household (whether related or not) are ineligible to enter.

 

3. The winner will be selected by the Promoter at 11am ACST 1^st July 2026 at the Promoter’s Head Office (162 Cross Keys Road, Salisbury South 5106). The Promoter’s determination regarding selection of the winner will be final and no negotiations will be entered into. The winner will be contacted by email and/or phone. The name of the winning venue will be published on or before 8 July 2026 on the Promoter’s website realmccoywhiskey.com.

 

4. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.

 

5. The promotion begins at 00am ACST 15^th April 2026 and closes at 11.59pm ACST on 30^th June 2026 (“Promotional Period”).

 

6. 7. The winner will arrange their own flights and ski/snowboard hire on dates selected by the winner using the voucher. Accommodation dates cannot be altered.

 

8. Spending money, meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, transport to and from departure point, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs of the winner and any winner’s companion are not included and are the responsibility of the winner.

 

9. If for any reason the winner does not, once the Prize has been booked, take the Prize (or an element of the Prize) at the time stipulated, then the Prize (or that element of the Prize) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.

 

10. The prize values are the recommended retail values as provided by the supplier and are correct at the time of printing and the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize values.

 

11. If the prize is not claimed within 10 days of the winner being notified by email or by phone, a new winner will be selected by the Promoter at 11am ACST 13^th July 2026 in the same manner as the original prize selection, and the new winner will be notified no later than 14^th July 2026 by email or by phone. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw referred to herein, if for any reason a winner does not take a prize (or an element of the prize), then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be

 

12. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.

 

13. By entering, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, consented to and complied with, and will be bound by, these Conditions of Entry. You further agree that the decisions of Promoter will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. The Promoter and its directors, employees, representatives and agents shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of accepting or using any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. To the extent permitted at law, you release and discharge the Promoter and its directors, employees, representatives and agents from any and all actions, claims, proceedings, damages, costs and expenses arising out of or in connection with the Promotion and/or the prizes. As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner must sign any legal documentation (including but not limited to a Deed of Release) as and in the form required by the Promoter in its absolute discretion reflecting the release referred to in these Terms and Conditions

 

14. The prize cannot be used or redeemed in conjunction with any other promotion or offer and is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value due to prize availability.

 

15. Promotional materials will be regarded as void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any The Promoter will not be responsible for any late, lost, misdirected entries, or incomplete or incorrect entrant details. Incomplete, ineligible, incorrect and incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid and will not be included in the judging.

 

16. Entry and continued participation in this promotion is subject to the licensee’s liquor serving policy. The Promoter advocates the responsible service and consumption of alcohol. 17. The Promoter and Participating outlet collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that their details will be added to the Real McCoy subscription database and all entries become the property of the Promoter and the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this competition is governed by the Promoter’s Privacy Notice found at vok.com.au. In addition, entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners’ names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation.
